Podcast production · for agencies

Podcast production,
under your brand.

Offer your clients a fully produced podcast, and add a recurring revenue stream to your agency. You win the work, you keep the relationship, and the margin.

Making a podcast consistently, and making it well, is the hard part. That's where I come in - a filmmaker who handles the whole production and delivers to a standard you'll be proud to put your name to.

Every episode is guaranteed

If it's not something you'd put your name to, you don't pay for it.

Your reputation travels with every delivery. Any episode that isn't ready to hand to your client is reshot or isn't invoiced. The only exception is money already spent on your behalf, such as studio hire or other production costs. No argument, no notice period.

Your relationship

The client stays yours. I work quietly behind the scenes, and they deal with you throughout.

Consistency

The same person on every episode, so nothing slips between hands and quality holds month to month.

No lock-in

Work per project or month to month. If it's ever not working, we stop and part as friends, and everything we've made stays yours.

Remote

from £950 per month

Recorded via an online studio, ensuring the very best quality possible.

In person

from £1,500 per month

Multi-camera, professionally lit, at your client's place or a studio.

A fraction of building it in-house, and less than a production company would charge. All yours to resell, at your own margin.

A single ongoing client can be several thousand pounds of recurring margin a year, for work you never touch.

One a month is a great place to start. Publish more often and it works out cheaper per episode. One-off episodes and short series are priced individually.

What's included

  • The full episode, filmed and edited end to end
  • As many social cutdowns as the episode will yield
  • Transcript, captions, chapter markers and show notes
  • Thumbnail and cover art for each channel
  • A private review link to watch and approve before publishing
  • Distribution and platform submissions
  • A suggested posting schedule for the clips
  • A monthly performance report to share with your client
  • Raw footage kept safe and archived

Up and running in a few weeks, so you've got something to show your client fast.

Ways we can work together

Fully white-label

I stay behind the scenes

Everything delivered under your brand, with your client working with you throughout.

As part of your team

Introduced however you like

When it helps, I'll join calls and shoots - as your production lead, or however you'd like to introduce me.

Project or ongoing

However suits the client

A one-off series, a campaign, or a rolling monthly show - whatever suits your client best.

I help you win the work

The hardest part is often getting your client to say yes. So I help you get there.

  • A pitch you can use. The case for a podcast - why they work, the return on a single conversation, and the numbers to help it land in your proposal. With creative input whenever you want it.
  • Pricing that works for you. I'll help you price it and set your margin, so the numbers land well for your client and for you.
  • A sample to help you close. For a serious, ongoing opportunity, I can produce a short concept sample built around your client, so they can get a feel for it before they commit - on the basis that if you win, we run it together for a minimum of six months.

Who you're partnering with

  • One person, start to finish. Continuity for every episode - filming, editing and delivering.
  • A filmmaker. Ten years in the industry working for high profile brands across multiple sectors.
  • Someone who's done this before. I've produced podcasts for the likes of Equals Money, Conferma and DNV.
  • A commercial eye. My focus is making a great show, and I'll use the monthly numbers to suggest where it can grow.

A proper launch phase: naming, positioning, running order, the segments within an episode, and who you want in the room. The thinking that makes a show feel considered from episode one.
